• ARE CUFFLINKS INCLUDED?
      The AL FAIZAN Business PRO is designed with French double cuffs and so you will need to fasten it with cufflinks instead of traditional buttons. We provide silk knot cufflinks as standard (don't worry no silk worms were harmed in the process). The term silk knot refers to the style and shape of the cufflink and our silk knot cufflinks are made from a different material.

      We deliver to virtually every single country on the planet Alhamdulillah. If for whatever reason you cannot find your country at checkout then please send an email to support@al-faizan.com and we will send the item out manually.
    • MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT NOW?
      UK ORDERS: The UK Delivery (Free) option is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class standard. This does not come with a tracking number or reference number and if the item hasn't arrived within 3 working days please email us and we'll try our best to find out where the item is. Royal Mail in this instance usually advise to wait a little longer and the item will eventually turn up a little later than planned. Because the 2nd class standard item doesn't come with a tracking or reference number it is virtually impossible to find an exact location of the item so please be aware this. If you chose one of the extra shipping methods, these do come with reference and tracking numbers and so you can use the reference number sent to you via PAYPAL to trace your item online on the Royal Mail Website International orders: Please use your reference number sent to you via PAYPAL to track the item online. If for whatever reason you are unable to do this you can email us at support@al-faizan.com and we'll get back to you ASAP with an update.

Stock issues

    • WILL YOU BE BRINGING THIS THOBE BACK IN STOCK
      Our collections are designed to be exclusive and limited. Only a certain number of pieces are released worldwide and once an item is out of stock, it therefore will not be coming back in stock. If you're those of choice is showing as out of stock online, we suggest visiting one of our official stockists and retailers.
    • WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
      This is a tricky one. We Take great pride in the fact that Alhamdulillah demand for our those has been growing and growing ever since our first collection almost 10 years ago. We know this is only due to your support and your Duas and of course acceptance form our creator and maker. At the same time however we are constantly trying to bring out new collections and new pieces at a timely rate. Our collections are therefore designed to be exclusive and limited and this means that once an item shows as out of stock on the website, it is well and truly out of stock. We suggest trying one of our official stockists and retailers if this is the case.
